Creating an Earthbound memorial is not a standard purchase. As each memorial is prepared using a loved one’s ashes, there are a number of practical and personal considerations - from how the ashes are held, to whether they are shared across family members, to how and where the memorial will be delivered.
Order Process
We begin with a short form rather than immediate payment.
This allows us to understand your circumstances properly, and ensure that everything is handled in the most appropriate way from the outset. Transporting cremated remains also requires specific handling and cannot always be fulfilled through standard delivery services. As a result, delivery arrangements and costs are confirmed on a case-by-case basis. Once submitted, I will personally review your details and be in touch to answer any questions, confirm the exact arrangement and guide you through the next steps before anything is finalised.
