Select the tree and, if desired, the planter that feels most suited - both to the memory of your loved one, and to the space it will live in.

Submit your details

Rather than immediate payment, we begin with a short form. This allows us to understand your circumstances - including how the ashes are held, whether they will be shared, and how collection and delivery can be arranged.

Personal Review & Call

We will personally review your submission and contact you within 48–72 hours to talk through the details, answer any questions, and confirm the exact arrangement before proceeding.

Collection of cremated remains

We arrange for the cremated remains to be collected either from you, your funeral director, or the crematorium. If you would prefer to use only a portion of the ashes, we can provide a collection pack with clear guidance, which is then carefully returned to us.

Preparing the memorial

A portion of the cremated remains is gently integrated into a specialist soil blend. In their natural form, cremated remains are too alkaline for plant life, so this process allows them to become part of a balanced growing environment. The soil is then left to rest. Your chosen tree is then hand planted into this prepared soil, within a breathable felt growing pot that supports healthy root development. We tend to the memorial over several weeks, ensuring it is settled, stable, and thriving before it leaves our care.

Creating the memorial foundation

The remaining cremated remains are respectfully placed within a sealed memorial plinth. This is designed to sit discreetly at the base of your planter, beneath the tree - forming a permanent and unseen foundation to the memorial. If requested, we will also separate and return portions of the ashes for other family members. A small keepsake portion is included for you to retain.

Your memorial page

Alongside the physical memorial, a dedicated memorial page is created. You can invite family members to access the page, allowing you to collectively add photographs, music, voice notes, and written memories over time. The page becomes a shared space - one that supports ongoing connection and preserves a life story for future generations.

Final preparation & delivery

Once ready (typically within six weeks), each element is carefully assembled and packaged by hand. We will then arrange a suitable time for delivery.

You will receive clear plant care guidance.. If you have any concerns about your tree’s health, you can contact us at any time via a dedicated form on our website. Your enquiry is sent directly to our plant specialist, who will respond personally with guidance. We will also check in with you after delivery to ensure everything has settled well and to answer any further questions.
