To access the memorial page using your smartphone
Touch the wax seal to the back of your smartphone and you will be taken directly to the memorial page.
Depending on your device, you may need to hold your phone in place for a moment, and move it slightly across the top, middle, or lower part of the back.
Having trouble accessing
the memorial page?
If the memorial page does not open straight away:
- Ensure your phone is touching the wax seal, rather than held at a distance
- Move the phone slowly across the seal, as the reading point varies by device
- Hold in place for a few seconds, as some phones take slightly longer to recognise the connection
If you are using an Android phone, you may need to ensure NFC is enabled in your settings.
iPhone 7 and newer models have NFC built in and do not require additional setup.
