Whether you need support to continue to do the things you love, a little extra help day to day around the house, or more consistent support over time, St Ronans’ Home Care will fit naturally around you, your existing routines and ways of doing things.
- Support for adults from 18+
- Time for meaningful interaction
- Care that feels personal, not task-based
Help with the day to day
Sometimes it’s the smaller things that make the biggest difference — help with day-to-day tasks like shopping, cooking, cleaning, getting out and about, or simply having someone there to talk to.
St Ronans’ approach is flexible and shaped around each person, with support that fits naturally into everyday life. We don’t take over – we simply make everyday life a little bit easier while keeping routines, independence, and choice firmly in place.
Our visits are arranged around individual routines and preferences, with time to provide support in a calm and reassuring way. You’ll get to know our team and spend time with familiar faces so that your support feels comfortable and reliable.
Because we invest in our team and keep our leadership close to day-to-day care, our service is led by real world experience – keeping it dependable, genuinely personal and something you can trust.
- Flexible, tailored visit times
- Consistent, familiar carers
- Support that adapts as needs change
- A calm, respectful approach
Support for more complex needs
When care needs increase, staying at home can still feel like the right choice – with the right level of support in place.
Our care is planned carefully around each individual. Whether following a hospital stay or managing longer-term conditions, our focus is on understanding what you want in order to live your own life. Our care will support you in a way that provides reassurance, continuity, and which feels steady and reliable.
- Personalised care plans, regularly reviewed
- Reassurance through consistent and reliable support

Working together, supporting you
Good care at home often involves more than one person — and it works best when everything is connected.
We work in partnership with a range of local services to ensure your care is joined up, consistent and centred around you. For example, we work closely with district nurses, GPs and other healthcare teams and also have links with the local fire service and community equipment store.
We’ll work closely with family and friends – helping you to maintain and build the relationships that are important to you.
St Ronans believes that truly good care depends on the people delivering it. That’s why we invest in our team — ensuring they are not only highly trained, but supported, valued, and given the time to care properly. Our industry leading in-house training programme provides an extra level of supervision and support to ensure our practice is constantly improving and is the best it possibly can be.
- Skilled, well-trained care team
