Mix-in sessions are usually held on the Astro courts. When sessions are busy or team matches are taking place, we’ll also use the hard courts so everyone can get on court.

Mondays
2.00 - 4.00 pm (NTRP guide level 2.5 & above)
Thursdays - Daytime
2.00 - 4.00 pm (NTRP guide level 2.5 & above)
Thursdays - evening
7.00 - 9.00 pm (NTRP guide level 3.5 & above)
Saturdays
12.00 - 2.00 pm (NTRP guide level 2.5 & above)
Sundays - Morning
9.00 - 11.00 am (NTRP guide level 2.0 to 3.0)
Sundays - Afternoon
11.00 am - 1.00 pm (NTRP guide level 2.5 & above)
