What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation printing is a digital process that uses heat and pressure to permanently transfer a design onto fabric or other materials. Here’s how it works:
- Design: Your design is first printed onto special transfer paper using sublimation inks.
- Application: The printed sheet is placed onto the garment or material.
- Heat & Pressure: A heat press is applied at around 180–200°C.
- Transfer: The inks turn into gas and bond directly into the fibres of the material.
The result? A long-lasting, vibrant print that won’t peel, fade, or crack.
What do you need from us to design a new kit?
To create your custom kit, we’ll need a few details from you:
- Your chosen main background colour plus any additional colours to include.
- Any specific design elements you’d like (e.g. stars, ombré, panels). High-quality files of your logos.
- Any text you’d like featured on the garments.
How long will my order take?
- Made-to-order garments: Typically 6–8 weeks from receiving your deposit.
- Embroidery or printing on stock items: Usually around 2 weeks from receiving your deposit.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent deadlines, depending on our current workload.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes!
- For bespoke garments, we provide printed fabric panels so you can check the colours. We recommend ordering a full sample garment to confirm the style and print design—these are usually ready within 2 weeks. Please note: samples are non-refundable, but if major changes are needed, we’ll exchange the original sample for an updated version.
- For embroidery orders, we always create a test run for your approval.
- For print-only orders, our graphics team will send you a visual proof to review.
How do I choose the right sizes?
Each garment comes with a detailed size guide. For larger team orders, you may wish to:
- Order a set of sample sizes to try before placing your full order, or
- Request generic sizing garments from us (a refundable deposit is required and returned once the garments are sent back).
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs depend on the weight and size of your parcel. We will always confirm the delivery charge with you before you pay your deposit, so there are no surprises.
Can you help us with a full rebrand, including a new logo?
Absolutely! We can create a new logo for you and advise on colours and fonts to refresh your brand’s look.
